Process Stabilization:

Establish and standardize maintenance processes to ensure minimal equipment downtime and consistent operational performance.

Preventive Maintenance Culture:

Develop and embed preventive maintenance practices across all assets to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.

Spare Parts Management:

Oversee inventory planning, procurement, and control of spare parts to ensure availability and cost efficiency.

Team Training & Development:

Conduct structured training programs for technicians and engineers to enhance in-house repair capabilities for both electronic and mechanical components.

MES Optimization & Integration:

Upgrade and optimize MES (Manufacturing Execution System) reporting and dashboards; integrate MES with SAP for seamless data flow and operational visibility.

Condition-Based Maintenance:

Implement condition-based maintenance strategies using real-time monitoring and predictive analytics.

TPM Implementation:

Lead the development and execution of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve equipment reliability and employee ownership.

Debottlenecking & Equipment Upgrades:

Identify process bottlenecks and lead equipment upgrade initiatives to enhance throughput and efficiency.

Safety Focus:

Focus on a safety culture, to ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in equipment maintenance
• Strong understanding of MES, SAP, TPM, and condition-based maintenance systems.
• Proven track record in team development and process optimization.
