Job Title: Advertising Coordinator

Location: Manjeri, Malappuram

Job Summary :
We are looking for a creative and organized Advertising Coordinator to join our team at Impex Home Appliances. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to promote our products and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Advertising Support & Campaign Execution

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
• Assist in the creation and production of marketing materials such as POPs, brochures, flyers, and standees.
• Maintain records of quotations, invoices, and advertising bills.
• Help track advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and support the team in meeting project deadlines.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the advertising and marketing departments.

2. Vendor Coordination & Management

• Source and invite quotations from multiple vendors for advertising and promotional requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable deals.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of materials.
• Coordinate and follow up on vendor payments in a timely manner.

3. Administrative & Documentation Tasks

• Maintain accurate records of all advertising-related activities including invoices, approvals, and quotations.
• Perform documentation, report generation, and data entry as required.

4. Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage data efficiently and support reporting activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 0-2 year experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is an advantage.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
