As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Admin Manager to support our daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth experience for both staff and clients.

Job Summary

The Admin Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee reception and front-desk functions, including client scheduling and coordination
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relations
• Maintain accurate records related to finance, compliance, and personnel
• Coordinate day-to-day activities between doctors, therapists, and support staff
• Handle staff attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
• Resolve client queries and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational compliance within the clinic
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly performance reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role (clinic/hospital experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the aesthetic or wellness industry
• Familiarity with clinic management or appointment booking software

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
