Job Title: Admin Executive Education: Any Graduation Experience: Fresher Salary : 10,000 to 20,000 Per Month Job Location: Sai Chowk, Pashan, Pune Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admin Executive and Computer Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing computer operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and documentation. 2. MS Office: Use MS Office, especially Excel and Word, for data analysis, reporting, and documentation. 3. Internet Browsing: Use internet browsing for research, communication, and other office purposes. 4. Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data, including databases and spreadsheets. 5. Reporting : Provide regular reports to the procurement team on vendor research findings and recommendations. 6. Phone Calls and Communication : Contact via Phone to discuss their services. 7. Conduct in-depth online research to gather detailed information about companies across various industries, including financial data, leadership, operations, market trends, and competitive landscape. Requirements: 1. Any Graduation: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 2. Strong MS Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. 3. Internet Browsing: Strong knowledge of internet browsing and online research. 4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
