Role Purpose: The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end receivables processes, ensuring timely collections, accurate documentation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of Accounts Receivable, credit, and collections tasks. Execute collection plans for assigned accounts, including dispute resolution and billing follow-ups. Make collection calls and maintain related documentation such as reconciliations and lien waivers. Process and ensure accuracy of credit card payments and cash applications. Prepare customer statements and financial reports. Coordinate with Operations and Sales to address customer issues and billing discrepancies. Recommend account blocks or legal escalations where necessary. Negotiate and arrange payment plans with delinquent customers. Support internal audits and maintain contract compliance. Required Qualifications Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred). 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting function. Prior collection experience in a multinational environment is highly desirable. Key Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Strong communication (written & verbal) and analytical skills. Ability to interpret standard contracts and apply relevant terms. Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Why Join Us?
