Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive Location: Bhandup(W), Mumbai About Employer: Leading company in the marble and surface industry. Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in vendor management, invoice processing, and payment cycles. Key Responsibilities: Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and proper documentation. Maintain up-to-date accounts payable records and ensure timely payments. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding billing queries. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Ensure compliance with GST and TDS rules while processing vendor payments. Prepare reports on payables and aging analysis. Requirements: B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance. 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounts payable. Working knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of GST & TDS. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
