We are looking for an experienced and reliable Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations including ledger maintenance, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Handle accounts receivable and payable, GST filings, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Monitor budgets, control expenses, and assist in cost control strategies. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely financial reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hotel or service industry. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.). Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
