Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with at least CA Inter qualification to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing statutory and GST audits, generating monthly MIS reports, and handling routine accounting operations.

We are preferably looking for a male candidate under 35 years of age who can take ownership of the company’s accounting functions and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Manage and coordinate statutory audits and GST audits with external auditors.
• Generate and analyze monthly MIS reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate entries in the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
• Oversee routine accounting activities including TDS, GST returns, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and receivables.
• Maintain proper documentation and support for audit and compliance requirements.
• Support management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Qualification: CA Inter (at minimum); candidates with full CA qualification are welcome.
• Experience: Relevant experience in accounting, audit handling, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST laws, and income tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
