Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) B.Com Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, preparing reports, and supporting business decisions with accurate financial insights. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations Support budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax) Handle internal and statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund management Analyze financial data to provide insights and support strategic decisions Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards Assist in process improvements and automation of financial functions Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
