Job Title: Accountant (1–3 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and contribute to efficient financial practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payment and collection
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Help with internal and external audits as needed
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

• Pursuing or completed graduation or Post Graduation
• Experience with ERP systems
• Exposure to tax filing and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
