Job Title: Account cum Office Assistant Location: 52/53 Radhe Industrial Estate near Nika Tube Cross Road Vatva GIDC phase 4 - 382445 Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Experience: [1-3 Years / As Required] Education: B.Com / M.Com / Any relevant degree Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account cum Office Assistant to support our accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, basic accounting, GST compliance, and office coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage both in-office and field-related tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance: Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally. Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns. Calculate and process employee salaries and deductions. Handle supplier payments and maintain payment schedules. Maintain daily expense reports and petty cash records. Bank & Compliance: Perform routine bank-related tasks (cheque deposits, fund transfers, documentation). Submit export documents to the bank for negotiation/collection. Office Administration: Prepare and dispatch business letters to customers and vendors. Coordinate with various departments to support daily operations. Maintain records of dispatches and inward/outward documentation. Desired Candidate Profile: Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word). Knowledge of GST filing procedures and basic accounting principles. Experience in export documentation and bank submissions is an added advantage. Ability to handle fieldwork and coordinate with banks and vendors. Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills. Honest, reliable, and responsible in handling confidential tasks. Salary: 15000 To 20000 per month
