You will be helping new Sellers interested in selling on Amazon from all Product Categories by proposing various programs that meet Sellers needs (e.g., Fulfillment by Amazon, Sponsored Product ads, Brand Registry, Seller Powered Coupon, and Deals). In this role, you will be expected to think analytically and problem solve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and balance multiple and often conflicting priorities. You will communicate with peers doing a similar role as well as cross functionally. The ability to manage a valuable prospect list is vital; candidates must be comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and negotiating via phone. Key job responsibilities Monitor key ASIN metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, Buy Box percentage, and customer feedback. Identify underperforming ASINs and implement strategies for improvement. Ensure ASINs follow Amazon's listing guidelines and A+ Content best practices. Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other Amazon advertising campaigns at the ASIN level. Plan and execute deals, coupons, and other promotional activities to boost ASIN visibility. Ensure ASINs have adequate stock levels and avoid out-of-stock situations, monitor pricing trends and competition to optimize pricing strategies. Identifying specific prospects/partners to approach, communicating the specific value proposition for their business and establishing long-term, successful partnerships. Tracking and reporting performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets. Manage prioritization and trade-offs across Seller experience, performance, and operational load. Use metrics to identify growth drivers or problems, and act on improvement opportunities. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience with sales/marketing/account management background A track record of achieving targets Comfort with metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable plans; expertise in excel The ability to work independently while using centralized resources, policies and procedures. We provide sellers with consulting on various aspects that contribute to faster growth on Amazon, including support with their supply chain, merchandising, selection & conversion and analytics. As a Customer Success Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with 15 - 20 small and medium enterprises within the Amazon Marketplace and work closely with them to support them in their strategic growth.
