Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Academic Manager to oversee curriculum implementation, teacher training, and academic quality across our school(s). The role involves managing daily academic operations, ensuring effective lesson delivery, and driving student performance through innovative teaching strategies and regular academic audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead curriculum planning and implementation
  • Train and support teachers
  • Monitor classroom delivery and learning outcomes
  • Conduct academic audits and reviews
  • Coordinate assessments and academic events
  • Prepare academic reports for management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education or related field
  • 3–5 years of academic leadership experience
  • Strong communication and team management skills
