3D Designer Events

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our creative team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative concepts and visual solutions for a variety of events, including branding, spatial design, digital graphics, and presentation decks. You’ll work closely with the event planning, production, and marketing teams to ensure that each event not only looks amazing but aligns with the client’s goals and vision.

Salary: 5LPA

Job Location: Hyderabad (Gachibowli) On-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visual concepts, mood boards, 2D and 3D renderings for event proposals and presentations
• Design event materials including signage, branding elements, digital displays, invitations, stage backdrops, etc.
• Collaborate with producers and event managers to translate concepts into tangible design assets
• Create floor plans and layout mockups using design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Maya & 3Ds Max)
• Work with fabrication teams, printers, and vendors to ensure high-quality production of design elements
• Support pre-event planning and post-event recaps with design documentation and visuals
• Stay current on design trends, event innovations, and materials/techniques relevant to event production

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interior Design, or related field
• 2+ years of professional design experience (event/experiential design preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, AutoCAD, Maya & 3Ds Max, or similar tools
• Strong sense of aesthetics, spatial awareness, and branding consistency
• Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to take creative direction and also contribute original ideas
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work (event, environmental, or experiential design projects)
