Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Zoho CRM Expert to oversee and optimize our CRM implementation. This role involves developing automation workflows, customizing modules, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting end users. You will be working closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure the CRM meets organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Zoho CRM based on internal requirements.
• Administer and maintain Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, and dashboards
• Create automation workflows, custom functions, and blueprints using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho and third-party applications.
• Generate meaningful reports and dashboards for business performance tracking.
• Maintain data accuracy and perform regular data clean-ups.
• Provide training and support to Zoho CRM users.
• Resolve issues, bugs, and queries in a timely manner.
• Document system processes and maintains up-to-date configurations.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience with Zoho One suite (CRM, Campaigns, Desk, Analytics, etc.)
• Problem-solver with great attention to detail
• Familiarity with sales/marketing processes and CRM best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
• Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Campaigns, or preferred similar tools.
