Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Zoho Books Specialist ERP located in Thane. The Zoho Books Specialist ERP will be responsible for managing Zoho Books implementation, customization, and maintenance. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring proper integration with other ERP software systems. The specialist will work closely with various departments to provide technical support, training, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Process Improvement and Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of Business Processes and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Proficiency in ERP Software, particularly Zoho Books
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
