What You’ll Be Doing:

As a YouTube Manager at Vanguard Interactive, you’ll take full ownership of client YouTube channels. You’ll be the strategic brain behind their growth – planning content, optimizing videos, analyzing performance, and ensuring consistent channel success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute tailored YouTube growth strategies for each client
• Oversee content planning, video publishing, and SEO optimization (titles, tags, thumbnails)
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and writers to ensure top-quality video output
• Monitor analytics and performance reports, suggest improvements
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities
• Manage client communication and reporting with clarity and confidence
• Run competitor analysis and audits to discover growth gaps and wins

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience managing YouTube channels (ideally for brands or creators)
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO, CTR, AVD, etc.
• Ability to create data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results
• Project management skills – organized, proactive, reliable
• Familiarity with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, or similar
• Great communication skills – written and verbal
• Bonus: Background in content marketing or agency environments
