Job Title : Infrastructure Engineer Experience Required : 2-4 years Location : Trivandrum,kerala Department : IT / DevOps / Infrastructure Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Infrastructure Engineer with 24 years of experience to support, maintain, and improve our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking, server administration, cloud platforms, and system automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and support physical and virtual infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment. Deploy, configure, and monitor infrastructure systems (on-premise and cloud-based AWS, Azure, or GCP). Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Automate infrastructure tasks using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell. Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes). Apply system updates, patches, and security configurations as needed. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues. Document infrastructure processes, systems, and configurations. Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 24 years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering. Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server environments. Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Basic knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
