Picking Assistant - Warehouse - Job Description The Picking Assistant is responsible for accurately picking products from designated racks using a digital picklist generated via the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities: ● Download eCommerce orders and upload them to the WMS to generate digital picklists. ● Pick products from racks as per the picklist using mobile devices or handheld terminals (HHD). ● Ensure accurate picking of items with no need for secondary verification. ● Report discrepancies in stock or rack organization to the supervisor. ● Conduct physical stock audits using WMS during non-picking hours. ● Generate and complete empty bin and shuffle bin picklists to optimize storage space. ● Assist with billing of picked items for both stores and eCommerce customers. MIT School of Bioengineering Sciences & Research is looking for Supporting Staff to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey The Supporting Staff plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall functioning and efficiency of the organization They are responsible for providing essential support to various departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations The duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the specific needs of the organization, but typically include the following:Administrative Support:Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members as needed Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Facility Management:Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space, including common areas and meeting rooms Coordinate maintenance and repair services for office equipment and facilities Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, kitchen supplies, and other consumables Assist with setting up and organizing workstations for new employees Reception Duties:Greet visitors and provide them with a warm and professional welcome Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members or departments Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Event Support:Assist with the planning and coordination of company events, such as meetings, conferences, and social gatherings Set up event spaces, including arranging seating, audiovisual equipment, and catering services Provide on-site support during events, including registration assistance and attendee coordination Team Collaboration:Collaborate with colleagues and team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors or management Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Other Duties:Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors or management to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day to day operations across all current and future 3PL facilities for Nua Help individual WH with daily planning, track daily dispatches Assist WH teams in issues related to Uniware Assist in monthly / quarterly physical stock count and reconciliation Identify and implement initiatives for overall WH process improvement and automation with the help of WH operations manager What we look for: Experience in managing on-ground WH operations and handling 3PL vendors in case of multicity operations Exposure to WMS systems (Uniware / Eazy Ecom / Vinculum) Good communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment Proficient in MS Excel Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Engineering or related field / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operation
