Job Title: Window Division – Sales Executive

Location: Raipur
Department: Sales – Windows Division
Reporting To: Store Manager / Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Executive for our Window Division, responsible for promoting and selling UPVC/Aluminium windows and related products. The candidate must understand technical specifications, provide quotations, handle site measurements, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell window products (UPVC, aluminium, etc.) to walk-in customers, builders, architects, and contractors.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate window solutions.
• Prepare quotations based on measurements and technical specifications.
• Visit client sites for measurements and post-sales coordination if needed.
• Coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery and installation.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-up until order closure.
• Maintain sales records and report daily/weekly progress.
• Meet monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with latest window products, hardware, and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in any field (Civil/Interior background preferred).
• 1–3 years experience in building materials, interior products, or window/door systems.
• Freshers with good communication and learning ability can also apply.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of UPVC / Aluminium window systems (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Site measurement & basic technical understanding.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or basic computer tools (Excel, Email, etc.).

Work Location & Travel:

• Based at Raipur
• Local travel for site visits or client meetings when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
