About TISASTUDIO: TISASTUDIO is a fashion label dedicated to creating unique, trend-forward designs. As we expand globally, we seek an experienced Website Manager & Developer to set up and maintain our online store, ensuring smooth operations and worldwide deliveries. This is a full-time on-site role. Key Responsibilities: 1. E-Commerce Website Setup & Management: • Develop and manage an online store (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.). • Ensure a seamless UX/UI for an effortless shopping experience. • Implement website security measures. 2. Payment & Shipping Integration: • Set up global payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). • Configure worldwide shipping & delivery options. • Ensure compliance with international e-commerce regulations. 3. Product Management & Content Updates: • Regularly upload new collections, product descriptions, and pricing. • Optimize images and product pages for SEO and conversion. • Maintain an organized product database. 4. Legal & Compliance: • Draft and update terms & conditions, privacy policies, and return policies. • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws. 5. Technical Support & Maintenance: • Troubleshoot website issues and ensure minimal downtime. • Work with developers/designers for site improvements. • Implement performance tracking tools like Google Analytics. Qualifications & Requirements: • Proven experience in website management (preferably in fashion). • Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms. • Experience with payment gateways & logistics integrations. • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Experience in fashion retail or luxury e-commerce. • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva) for product uploads.
