Website Manager

The Website Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing the workings of all our ecommerce websites on salesforce commerce cloud. The ideal candidate should have worked in ecommerce and should have a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, project management, marketing integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud for the ecommerce websites, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, and to the required quality standards.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as brands, marketing and external agencies to identify business requirements and ensure that the solution meets the needs of the business.
3. Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
4. Oversee the development of customizations and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring that they are delivered to the required standards.
5. Coordinating with external stakeholders and internal marketing teams for all marketing integrations across all our websites. Ensuring they are on-brand, up-to-date, and optimized for performance and conversion.
6. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that the website is functioning as intended and that all issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
7. Manage the post-implementation support activities, including defect resolution and ongoing maintenance.
8. Develop training materials and provide training to internal stakeholders to ensure that they are able to effectively use the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to ecommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or any related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation and project management.
3. Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, including user experience design, site optimization, and customer segmentation.
4. Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Jira and Waterfall.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
7. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
