Job Description :

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Website Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing modern, responsive websites and front-end development — with a strong focus on SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:Website Design & Development

• Design user-friendly, responsive websites with a focus on UI/UX.
• Develop websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing websites and landing pages.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams to align web content and visuals.

SEO Optimization

• Implement on-page SEO best practices: meta tags, schema markup, keyword optimization, internal linking, etc.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, speed, mobile usability, and indexing.
• Optimize website structure, URLs, and site architecture for SEO.
• Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush for tracking and performance improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or similar frameworks preferred)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in website design and front-end/back-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and website builders (Wix, Webflow, Shopify, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and Google algorithm updates.
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, etc.)
• Familiarity with basic graphic tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or Canva.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
