Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to enter new international markets. Identify potential business opportunities and new target markets globally. Align sales strategies with company goals and market demands. Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing international clients. Negotiate terms and agreements, and close international sales deals. Attend international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company’s reach. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to understand international market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets. Cross-Cultural Communication: Effectively communicate with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of customers in different regions. Sales Reporting: Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management. Analyze sales data and provide recommendations for improvement. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth sales processes and delivery. Work closely with regional sales managers to develop localized sales strategies. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services. Provide detailed product presentations and demonstrations to international clients.
