Following Scripts: Adhering to communication scripts and guidelines to maintain professionalism and consistency. Meeting Targets: Achieving individual and team sales goals. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints effectively. Database Management: Maintaining and updating customer information in a CRM system. Compliance: Adhering to all regulatory and legal guidelines for telecalling and telemarketing.
