What will you own?

Skills & Qualifications Required

• 3-6 years of experience in a communications, brand or marketing design role.
• Demonstrated ability to work on product/feature launches and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong portfolio of work across digital (web, ads, app banners, emailers) and offline (hoardings, flyers, brochures) channels.
• Experience building and managing brand systems & guideline (typography, color, tone, etc.).
• Familiarity with fintech or bharat-facing brands is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 product environment.
• Tools - Adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, after effects), figma, product marketing animations, mid-journey, DALL-E
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the visual identity and communication design for new product launches (Cards, Credit, Payments).
• Design multi-channel GTM creatives including:
• Website & landing pages
• Social & paid media ads
• Product onboarding journeys
• WhatsApp/email templates
• On-platform UI banners
• Offline materials (flyers, hoardings, brochures)
• Collaborate with product and marketing to define positioning and messaging frameworks.
• Set a high bar for visual storytelling and design systems that scale with our brand.
• Test and iterate on campaign creatives based on SME feedback and engagement data.
• Shape a brand that feels trustworthy, aspirational, and distinctly Indian.
