Visual Designer

Our Ideal Candidate

• • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in visual or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product visuals and marketing creatives.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) and familiarity with Al design tools (e.g., generative art, Al upscaling, automated editing).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive mindset and openness to experimenting with Al and emerging creative technologies.

Responsibilities

• • Visual Storytelling: Translate product features and marketing goals into clear, engaging visuals and illustrations that tell a compelling story.
  • Al-Assisted Creative Production: Utilize Al tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL E, Firefly) to quickly explore, generate, and refine design ideas, keeping creativity fresh and workflows efficient.
  • Brand Consistency: Create and maintain consistent visual language and brand assets across web, product interfaces, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Graphic & Marketing Design: Design promotional materials, social media assets, infographics, landing pages, and other creative content that aligns with brand guidelines and drives engagement.
  • Motion & Interaction (nice to have): Apply simple animations or motion graphics to bring static visuals to life and enhance user experience.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with product managers, marketers, and other designers to brainstorm concepts, present design solutions, and incorporate feedback.
  • Asset Management: Organize, update, and document visual assets in shared libraries and design systems, using Al-assisted tools where relevant.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, color theory, typography, motion design, and Al developments-and bring fresh ideas to the team.
