Country & Course Selection Guidance – Recommending countries and courses based on student profiles and goals. General Assessments – Analyzing student eligibility and requirements per country/university standards. Agent Coordination – Communicating and following up with agents for documentation, updates, and processing. Inquiry Sheet Management – Maintaining daily records of student walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries. Follow-Up & Tele-Counseling – Engaging with prospective students through calls and messages to build trust and interest. Lead Conversion & Business Development – Converting inquiries into admissions and contributing to branch growth targets. Referral Generation – Encouraging and managing word-of-mouth referrals through satisfied students and parents. IELTS Student Coordination – Supporting test-prep students with application processes and file handling. Relationship Management – Creating a long-term bond with students, offering support beyond admissions. Query Resolution – Answering all doubts, objections, and questions students or parents may have. Target-Oriented Work – Actively working towards monthly, quarterly, and annual admission goals. Performance Tracking – Preparing and updating personal performance sheets to track progress.
