Virtual Personal Stylist

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Personal Stylist at Mulmul, located in New Delhi. The Virtual Personal Stylist will be responsible for providing personalized styling services to customers, offering image consulting, driving sales through fashion styling, and delivering top-notch customer service on a daily basis. Conduct virtual styling sessions through video calls, chat, or messaging platforms. Understand each client’s style preferences, body type, budget, and wardrobe needs. Curate personalized outfit recommendations using our product catalog. Offer expert fashion advice on styling, fit, colors, and current trends. Drive sales conversions by recommending products aligned with client needs and brand promotions. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat engagement and loyalty. Track client preferences, feedback, and purchase history for follow-ups. Achieve individual styling KPIs including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and client retention. Stay updated on latest collections, brand drops, and fashion trends.
