Mulmul values craftsmanship, quality fabrics, and the happiness of its team and customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Digital Fashion Advisor at Mulmul. The Digital Fashion Advisor will be responsible for product knowledge, fashion consulting, communication, customer service, and sales in the fashion industry. Offer expert fashion advice on styling, fit, colors, and current trends. Drive sales conversions by recommending products aligned with client needs and brand promotions. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat engagement and loyalty. Track client preferences, feedback, and purchase history for follow-ups. Achieve individual styling KPIs including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and client retention. Stay updated on latest collections, brand drops, and fashion trends.
