Role Overview:

As a UX/UI Designer with 3+ years of experience, you will collaborate closely with our development and product teams to create intuitive, engaging, and effective user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will play a crucial role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights and refine designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Translate complex concepts and user needs into visually appealing, easy-to-use interfaces.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products are cutting-edge.
• Participate in the design review process, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on both web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with front-end development (React, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while being part of a dynamic team.
