UX/UI Designer Internship (6 Months: 3 Months Unpaid Training + 3 Months Paid Contingent on Performance)

We’re looking for passionate UX/UI Designer Interns to join our Product Design team for 6 months. The first 3 months are unpaid and focused on foundational training, mentorship, and involvement in real‑world design sprints. Based on your performance and project contributions during that period, you’ll transition into a paid internship for the final 3 months.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define user flows and wireframes
• Conduct user research: interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions
• Create high‑fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma or Sketch
• Design responsive UI assets (icons, components, screens) adhering to our design system
• Advocate for accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design throughout the product lifecycle
• Participate in design critiques, sprint planning, and cross‑functional stand‑ups
• Document design decisions, style guidelines, and user‑research findings

• User‑centered design methodologies (personas, journey maps, empathy maps)
• Advanced prototyping and animation techniques for web and mobile
• Running and synthesizing usability tests to drive design iterations
• Building and maintaining a scalable design system
• Collaboration workflows between design, engineering, and product teams
• Presenting design rationale and influencing stakeholders in a regulated industry
