Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Review homeowners insurance policies to ensure compliance with lender and investor requirements.
Verify key insurance data such as coverage amounts, effective and expiration dates, deductibles, and mortgagee clauses.
Ensure insurance documents meet investor and regulatory guidelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination systems.
Update loan origination systems with accurate insurance information.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ensure that insurance documentation meets all regulatory guidelines and is compliant with applicable standards.
Update and maintain accurate insurance records in Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
Communicate with agents, borrowers, and internal departments to obtain missing or corrected insurance information.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in insurance documentation in a timely manner.
Assist in audit preparation by ensuring all insurance-related documents are complete and up to date.
Stay updated on changes in homeowners insurance and mortgage compliance regulations.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Minimum [X] years of experience in the US mortgage industry, with a focus on homeowners insurance.
Strong knowledge of homeowners insurance policies, coverage terms, and mortgagee requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
