We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI (GenAI), and Machine Learning (ML) to lead the development of next-generation AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced NLP and ML-based solutions for real-world applications.
• Research, develop, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models for domain-specific use cases.
• Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines , from data pre-processing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and domain experts to define AI-driven product features.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to optimize performance and accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, GenAI, and ML , and apply state-of-the-art techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical growth and innovation.
•  Communicate technical findings and model insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
