Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Sales Manager - Health Agency, located in Dehradun. The Unit Sales Manager will oversee and drive the sales of health insurance products through the agency channel. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and nurturing agents, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agents. Daily tasks involve monitoring performance metrics, providing guidance to agents, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and in the insurance industry
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage sales agents within the health insurance domain
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking, performance monitoring, and sales strategy development skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the insurance sector
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales management
• Flexibility to work on-site in Dehradun
