Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Unit Manager - Repayment Management in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in repayment management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the repayment management process to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Develop and implement strategies to improve repayment rates and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on repayment management processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
