Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager, located in Vadodara. The Unit Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of advisors to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Daily tasks include recruiting and training advisors, providing ongoing support and motivation, driving sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and promoting various life insurance products.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and business development
• Knowledge of life insurance products and services
• Ability to recruit and train advisors effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA or relevant qualifications are a plus
• Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferable
