Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and analysis.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, etc.).
Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Organize and conduct user testing to gather feedback.
Build and maintain design systems and style guides.
Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to conduct and analyze user research and testing.

Preferred Experience :

6 months to 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Bachelor’s or master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science or related field.
Certification or training in UX design, or related areas.
Experience with designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
