UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with Front-End Development expertise to design and implement exceptional user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will play a dual role—creating high-fidelity designs and bringing them to life through clean, responsive front-end code. This position requires a strong aesthetic sense, UX knowledge, and front-end coding proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:UI/UX Design:

• Conduct user research and translate findings into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design user flows, sitemaps, and high-quality UI for web and mobile platforms.
• Build design systems and component libraries for consistency across applications.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve user journeys.
• Run usability tests and gather user feedback for continuous improvements.

Front-End Development:

• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, and functional interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Maintain code quality and usability across browsers and devices.
• Stay updated on new design and development trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both design and development work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability principles.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and back-end integration.
• Familiarity with animation/motion tools and micro-interactions.
• Exposure to tools like Webpack, Sass, or Tailwind CSS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
