Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate how products function and look.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine user experiences.
Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, UI elements, illustrations).
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility).
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio of design projects demonstrating design thinking and user experience.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
Degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

Experience with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or Marvel.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
