Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team for a 4-months contract. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, translate them into wireframes and prototypes, and design interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand user needs through research, feedback, and product requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs for web and mobile platforms
• Design interfaces that are both functional and visually compelling
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to iterate and improve designs
• Conduct usability testing and implement insights to refine user experiences
• Maintain design consistency across platforms and products using design systems and style guides
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships can be counted for junior roles)
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs, prototypes, and user flows
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset
