Job Description: - UI/UX Designer
Designation: - UI/UX Designer
Location: - Pune (onsite)
YOE: - 2-3 years
Role & Responsibilities:
• Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to bring designs to life.
• Focus on intuitive navigation and seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to enhance product usability.
• Simplify complex processes into easy-to-use, engaging UI components.
• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across platforms.
Requirements:
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles for both web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Experience in user behaviour analysis, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Passion for creating seamless, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences.
