UI/UX Designer

Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer

Experience: 2 to 3 Years
CTC: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our design team. As a junior team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. You will play a key role in improving user experiences and delivering aesthetically appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, and senior designers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Design high-quality UI components that follow modern design principles and brand guidelines.
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing to refine designs.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-time project experience and design thinking.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to front-end development environments or tools.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and cross-platform design.
