KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct flight testing for newly developed and upgraded UAV systems. Perform PID tuning, calibration, and flight controller configuration for optimal performance.Lead on-site demonstrations and product presentations for clients, military, and government stakeholders.Log and analyze flight data to support R&D and troubleshooting.Coordinate with design and QA teams to provide feedback on system behavior and reliability.Travel frequently to field locations for trials, training, and demo events. Ensure compliance with DGCA or relevant UAV operation standards and maintain safety protocols during flights.Train junior pilots and assist in developing SOPs for UAV deployment and operation.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 5-6 years of experience in manual and autonomous drone flying.Proficient in UAV control software (e.g., QGroundControl, Mission Planner, AGS).Experience with multirotor, VTOL, and fixed-wing platforms.Strong understanding of flight controller tuning, GPS calibration, failsafe configuration.Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote field locations.Good documentation and reporting skills for post-flight analysis.
