KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products.
Identify, record, and report non-conformities, and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
Collaborate with production teams to monitor daily operations, resolve quality issues, and improve efficiency.
Maintain stock records for raw materials, WIP (Work-In-Progress), and finished inventory.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures and ensure adherence to company standards.
Prepare production and quality reports, and assist in documentation for i nternal audits.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO, DGCA, or defense-related quality benchmarks (if applicable).
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality control, production supervision, or inventory management.
Knowledge of inspection tools (vernier, micrometer, gauges) and quality documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or stock tracking software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and work under minimal supervision..
