Role Summary:

Pre-Owned Watches, Call Centre, and Service Centre.

You will work closely with department heads to align training with business goals, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Strategy & Design

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training roadmap for teams working in Pre-Owned Watches, Call Center, and Service Center aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis, stakeholder consultation, and feedback mechanisms.
• Create engaging learning content and programs using blended learning approaches (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job).

2. Program Delivery

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching interventions tailored to each department’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to co-deliver technical or product-specific training as required.

• Develop training materials, manuals, job aids, and digital resources to support learning retention.
• Ensure content is updated regularly to reflect product changes, system upgrades, and process improvements.

4. Performance Evaluation & Reporting

• Monitor training effectiveness using key metrics (e.g., knowledge assessments, feedback surveys, performance KPIs).
• Provide regular reports on training impact and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
