Job Title: - Training Coordinator Job Location: - Vadodara, Gujarat Experience:- 0-1 Years of Experience in any Industry Job Description:- Map out annual training plans· Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house) · Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions Conduct institute-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session Research and recommend new training methods· Identify industry-specific courses General administration Keeping a database of faculties & participants. Organize, develop, and source training programs. Preparing training calendar Track & report on training evaluation Strategic Campaign Planning. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency. Working with team members & line managers Requirements: - Having a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Master of Business Administration in any field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Skills in MS Excel, MS word Salary:- As per market standard.
