Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Testing Engineer to join our Electrical/Electronics testing team. The candidate will assist senior engineers in testing, inspecting, and analyzing electrical and electronic components and systems to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing electrical and electronic components, circuits, and devices according to defined protocols.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability tests on various electrical/electronic products.
• Collect and record test data accurately and report any deviations or defects.
• Operate and maintain testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies, and soldering tools.
• Support in troubleshooting and identifying faults in electrical/electronic assemblies.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards during all testing activities.
• Assist in preparing test reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure product compliance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuits and components.
• Familiarity with testing instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply) is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Additional Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of soldering and PCB inspection.
• Basic programming or automation knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of relevant standards and regulations.
