Job Title: TGT Physics Facilitator (Cambridge International – Lower Secondary & IGCSE) Position Summary: The TGT Physics Facilitator (CIE) will be responsible for delivering high-quality Physics education aligned with the Cambridge International curriculum for lower secondary and IGCSE levels. The facilitator should inspire curiosity, foster scientific thinking, and build a strong foundation in Physics through innovative teaching methodologies and practical learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons as per the Cambridge Lower Secondary and IGCSE curriculum. Design lesson plans, experiments, and assessments that promote inquiry-based learning and critical thinking. Incorporate real-world applications and interdisciplinary connections in the teaching process. Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment. Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students. Identify and address students’ individual learning needs. Assessment & Reporting: Design formative and summative assessments in line with CIE standards. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of students’ academic performance and development. Lab & Practical Work: Conduct regular laboratory sessions and ensure safety protocols are followed. Guide students in handling scientific equipment and recording observations accurately. Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with subject and grade-level teams for integrated curriculum planning. Engage in regular communication with parents through meetings, progress reports, and informal updates. Professional Development: Participate in workshops, training sessions, and Cambridge professional development programs. Stay updated with latest trends in Physics education and technological tools. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or a related field. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred. Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in Cambridge Curriculum (Lower Secondary / IGCSE). Experience in conducting practical lab sessions and using digital tools in teaching. Skills & Competencies: Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Physics. Familiarity with CIE assessment patterns, marking schemes, and syllabus requirements. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching-learning processes. Collaborative mindset and student-centered approach. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
