02 Jun, 2025 Full Time Test Manager- Banking and T24 Expert We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager with 12- 20 years of expertise in Banking Financial Services, specialising in T24 (Temenos Core Banking), Test Automation, and Performance Testing. Experience: 12+ Years Work location: Trivandrum Job description: Experience: 12+ Years Location: Preferably WFO – Trivandrum. Willing to travel on-site on demand, mostly in the Middle East. We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager with 12- 20 years of expertise in Banking Financial Services, specialising in T24 (Temenos Core Banking), Test Automation, and Performance Testing. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale testing initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery of banking applications while optimising test processes through automation and performance engineering. Key Responsibilities: Test Governance Leadership: Define and implement enterprise-wide test strategies, frameworks, and best practices for banking applications. Lead and mentor onshore/offshore testing teams, ensuring adherence to QA standards, compliance, and risk management. Collaborate with CIO, CTO, and Business Stakeholders to align testing with digital transformation goals. T24 (Temenos) Core Banking Testing: Extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end testing of T24 modules (Retail Banking, Corporate Banking). Validate swift, ISO 20022, and real-time payment integrations with T24. Test Automation CI/CD: Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, UFT, TOSCA). Drive API testing (REST/SOAP, Postman, Karate) for microservices-based banking systems. Implement Shift-Left Shift-Right testing in DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Performance Engineering: Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests for high-volume banking transactions (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling). Analyse system scalability, latency, and failover mechanisms for critical banking operations. Stakeholder Management Reporting: Present test metrics, risk assessments, and ROI analysis to senior leadership. Manage vendor evaluations (testing tools) for banking projects.
